Crispy Baby Potatoes

Ingredients
1 (16 oz) bag baby potatoes
2 Tbs unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped
2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tsp fresh thyme, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450° F. Place potatoes in a saucepan. Cover with water, and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes. Drain potatoes, and pat dry. Place potatoes in a roasting pan. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir to coat potatoes completely. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are crispy.
